Creative Karma just for You!
Fancy a change from the pub or restaurant?
Tonight is "Paint Night" - not to be confused with Gym Night, Film Night or Weekly Shop Night - this is creative retail therapy at it's finest...
a little "Me Time" once a month and you deserve it.
Our "Paint & Prosecco" evening is a relaxed, sociable occasion.
We provide the Paint, you bring the Prosecco/your preferred drink... doesn't have to be alcoholic!...
Hot chocolate and a range of coffes & teas to choose from if you're driving (FREE parking in the village).
Bring friends - or come and make new ones... leave the stress of the week behind.
Pop this on your "Wellness at Work" calendar and book a team party.
Due to the popularity of these evenings we recommend booking your spot in advance...
IMPORTANT: Group Bookings of 2 or more people:
The group organiser should book a table for the whole group and pay the deposit for the whole group.
If you wish to join a group that has already booked in, you must write the name of the original group organiser in the box on the form "joining an existing group" otherwise you will be seated at the "individuals" table instead of with your group on the night! Or contact the Studio directly:

If you are an individual “group of 1” you are very welcome and will be included on a table with other individual bookings, rather than at a table all by yourself. Please use the booking form below to pay your £12 deposit.

An admin fee applies to alter incorrect bookings.
Please read the Booking Terms & Conditions at the end of this page before making a payment.

Paint & Prosecco Event Booking Terms & Conditions:
All pottery items are subject to availability.
A £12pp deposit to secure your booking - the deposits are deducted from individual bills on the night. If you are booking on behalf of a group: please collect the deposits from your friends in advance, the group balance should be made as one payment at the end of the evening by the group organiser. The deposit is also considered a cancellation fee and is not refundable or transferable to another event or person in the case of non-attendance on the booked date.
Bookings/Deposit payments can be made in person at the Studio during our opening hours (see calendar), or by Bank Transfer or secure SumUp payment link via text (details on request), or online through our website using PayPal.
The event runs from 7pm-9pm, we recommend arriving promptly to ensure you have enough time to choose and then paint your item(s). The event will end at 9pm out of respect for our residential neighbours.
Refreshments: hot chocolate and a wide range of teas and coffees are available for purchase during your visit. If you are bringing "nibbles" they must be small snacks which will fit on the same table you will be seated at for your pottery painting activity, please do not bring sharing party platters. We recommend avoiding greasy snacks - any food substances which transfer from your fingers onto the pottery can have adverse effects on the glaze and ultimately the quality of your fired work. We cannot take responsibility for this.
Alcohol is permitted to be brought to the premises for adult consumption (adults deemed 21+). However, restrictions apply: eg. MAXIMUM per adult consumption: two glasses of wine/ one bottle between 2 or equivalent eg. two small bottles of beer per adult. This is a Health & Safety matter and also out of respect for other visitors and our residential neighbours. We can provide glasses if requested in advance.
Hands-on Art will only fire ceramic items purchased from the Hands-on Art Studio and painted with our glazes.
Your fired pottery will be ready for collection two weeks after your visit - the exact date will be written on your receipt at the end of your visit. It is the responsibility of the group organiser to collect all items belonging to the group and distribute them to the group members.
We can only keep your items for a maximum of 3 months after your visit, after which time we will assume you no longer want your items and will dispose of them for you.
Please present your receipt when collecting your fired pottery - this proves these items belong to you.
We quality check every fired item when it comes out of the kiln, before we pack it ready for you to collect. You are very welcome to unpack your pot(s) in the Studio before taking them home. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to your pot(s) once they have been taken from the Studio.
These Terms & Conditions are at the discretion of Hands-on Art Adventures and are subject to change at any point, without notice, to ensure the smooth planning, organisation and running of your booked activity.
