a Potters Wheel Taster Experience for Any One aged 7yrs and up, grown-ups too!
Story & Paint Workshop for 2-4yrs pre-school children:
Fridays 10am during term-time (check Calendar for dates)
Only £9 per child. The little ones are occupied, using their imagination, developing their fine motor skills, increasing in confidence by speaking to the group and sharing what they've painted, enjoying one-to-one time with you and, we clear up!
Workshop includes: story reading & share led by HoA tutor, guided pottery painting activity, squash & a biscuit to end.
T&Cs:
Pre-Booking Essential: places are limited as each child will be accompanied by an adult.
Payments cannot be refunded unless the workshop is cancelled by Hands-on Art.

Pottery Painting: a fab Holiday Play Date activity:
Children of any age can enjoy a creative catch up, entertaining themselves as they paint their project, while their parents natter over a cuppa - and enjoy it while it’s hot, for more than 4 minutes! without feeling guilty about the state of the house or not doing the washing... because they’re not there!
And, of course, we do the clearing up.
Bring friends, family, schoolmates…
Invite them all and Let’s Party! Don’t worry, we clear up.

School Visits & Community Groups
Does your child’s Nursery, Play Group or School know about us?
Come to the Studio or we can visit your venue with curriculum-based, festival/celebration gift focussed, or FUNdraising, Hands-on, practical activities.
Rainbows, Cubs, Brownies, Scouts: a change of venue for your weekly meeting at the Studio, or we can come to you!
Whether it’s Fundraising, earning a creative badge or gift ideas, we’ve got it covered!
Teens 13-15yrs are welcome to paint without their parents, as long as we have contact details of the responsible adult who will be dropping them off/collecting them/paying the bill - you know how it goes.
Teens 16yrs & up are welcome to book and visit under their own steam.
