Gift Card Terms & Conditions • This gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. • The expiry date and the card's value are shown in the confirmation email. • Under UK distance‑selling rules, the original purchaser has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the gift card, provided it has not been redeemed. • Gift cards can be used as full or part payment for any eligible activity/product on our website. • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase gift cards. • If the full value of the gift card is not redeemed, the balance remains on the card, and cannot be converted to cash. • Only one gift card can be used per order/booking. • No fees are deducted from the balance, and the balance does not expire before the stated expiry date. • Hands-on Art will dispatch the gift card via email to the provided address once payment has been confirmed. • Please ensure the email address provided is correct as Hands-on Art is not liable for missing/lost/deleted emails. Please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us if you have not received the email. How to use your gift card • When you book your activity on the website, proceed as normal, then on the payment page click on "Redeem a gift card", type in or paste the unique gift card code and click on apply. The amount to be taken from the gift card will be displayed. If the gift card has insufficient funds the remaining required balance will be shown and you can pay using another method at this point. Please complete the checkout process. • For pottery painting, the gift card can be used in the Studio towards the cost of items painted. You must be able to display the gift card code on your phone or a printed copy.
