GIFT VOUCHERS

All Hands-on Art Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

Please see the Terms & Conditions for purchase/voucher use at the end of this page, before making a payment or, if you have received a Hands-on Art Gift Voucher.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased:

  • through email by bank transfer or SumUp payment link,

  • at the Studio during our opening hours (see Calendar) 01753 206265

  • or online using the PayPal booking system below.

Online purchase: We use PayPal's secure payment system to accept all major credit and debit cards.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy. 

PayPal will email you a purchase receipt and send Hands-on Art and email notification of purchase - this does not always arrive immediately.

Within 48 hours of your purchase, regardless of method, office@hands-onart will email your Gift Voucher as an attachment, with a Unique ID, which you can either print for yourself, or forward to your creative friend/family member. 

Please note this will not be immediate as we do not have designated office staff monitoring email 24/7. 

Please look for an email from: office@hands-onart.co.uk in your junk/spam folder, as this is a business email it may well be accidentally redirected!

Bracelet charms are available in the following shapes: heart, round, oval, diamond;

Necklace and Keyring charms are also available in: teardrop, plectrum and dog tag shapes. 
Choose shape on ordering or when you come into the studio.

PLEASE NOTE: the baby/child/adult needs to come to the Studio so we can take their hand/foot prints.

Voucher Purchase/Use Terms & Conditions

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded.

  • The balance cannot be converted into cash.

  • Hands-on Art will not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, or a "valid from" date agreed prior to purchase eg. the recipient's birthday or Christmas Day.

  • Gift Vouchers must be printed off and brought to the Studio to be redeemed.

  • Gift Vouchers contain a unique ID and can only be used once.

  • Please Note: all gift vouchers purchased during 2019, 2020 & 2021 affected by Government Lockdowns were extended by 12 months. This was advertised on our website, and all social media until the end of 2022. Vouchers purchased during 2019, 2020 & 2021 are no longer valid for use.

These Terms & Conditions are at the discretion of Hands-on Art Adventures and are subject to change at any point, without notice, to ensure the smooth planning, organisation and running of your activity.
