The food tasted and looked amazing! The cupcakes were works of art. We
really loved every minute. And it was so great that you could do it all.
This was a brutal week for me at work and having you do everything
meant that it was 100 percent stress-free enjoyment for me. THANK YOU!
Seriously, if you ever need a recommendation (online or by email or
whatever), just tell me. You and Janet are a great combination and every
single parent who picked up the kids said it was a great idea.Share · May 19 at 10:24am
A
big thank you for all your help on the phone before hand and the

well for the future, cannot recommend Hands-On Art Adventures high
enough.Like · April 25 at 4:39pm

24.10.11 Tracie: Art Course
I go to the art classes every Tuesday and I thoroughly enjoy every
class, each time we learn so much and its really fun. You get to know
other people from all walks of life and it becomes a great social event
with fun and kind people who are all interested in the same as you.
This
class is great for anyone who enjoys art, I have learnt so many tips
and tried new things which I didn't even know I could do.
I highly recommend this class, its relxaing fun and I look forward to it every week. http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Attraction_Review-g1096796-d2163377-Reviews-Hands_on_Art_Adventures-Old_Windsor_Berkshire_England.html
22.6.11 Review on Google by Stephen What an adorable find in the heart of
Old Windsor. Good value for a fun hour or so while you and your child
create a keepsake plate, mug, etc. The owner Janet is really sweet and
helpful. It takes about a week for the kiln to be filled up and the
items to be fired -- and the pieces come out bright and shiny. Highly
recommended, especially on a rainy day! http://maps.google.com/?q=HandsonArtAdventures
14.5.11 successful partyAbsolutely delighted with how smoothly the whole party was run. The children were happily occupied throughout the painting activity, each child received individual attention and help. The change from painting to 'tea time' was carefully thought out. The best thing of all is that each party guest can collect their own unique gift next week... and we didn't have to do a thing! We would definitely do this again.

Highly recommended location where children and grown-ups can
immerse themselves in different art techniques and receive expert
coaching. Hands-on Art Adventures is a well chosen name that describes
the wide variety of things available to do at this centre. Although
just opened (in Jan11), there are already many different experiences on
offer - organised at various times of the week. Within the last month,
I’ve now been twice with my children.
At one session we chose pottery painting and were provided with a
selection of designs, lots of colours and painting tools to add
interesting touches to the models. There’s a professional kiln
installed on site which is run after your work is dipped in glaze, then a
few days later the finished figurines looked great.
At our second visit, we tried acrylic painting on canvas with the
theme of copying an abstract style. This was a clever approach to
introducing a particular art movement and artist to my children who were
encouraged to create their own interpretation of the style. Grown-ups
are encouraged to join in, but this was when I realised my children are
much better artists than I am!
