We will guide you step by step towards creating your very own acrylic original on a 16" x 20" canvas all materials supplied.

You are welcome to alter the colours, hues & details to match your personal preferences, even your existing décor!

You are guaranteed to leave with fabulous results while having fun!

Q) I don’t have any artistic talent? Will I be able to complete the painting?

Absolutely! Our artist will guide you step-by-step through the featured painting and will ensure that you stay on track to completing your masterpiece by the end of class. There are no mistakes, Acrylic paint is perfect for making alterations, changing your mind, adding & removing detail...

Q) What days are workshops held?

Workshops are held once a month on Wednesday evenings.

Q) What does a workshop cost?

£29 per person.

Q) When do I need to arrive for workshop?

We recommend you arrive 5 minutes before workshop starts to allow time for you to get settled in and mingle before the painting starts.

Q) What do I need to bring to the workshop?

We provide the canvas, easel, brushes, paints, and aprons for the workshop. All you need to bring are any drinks and/or nnibbles you might want during the class.  We can provide the wine glasses & corkscrews; we also have plates, napkins; coffee, hot chocolate and a wide range of teas.

Q) What should I wear to the workshop?

No dress code here... we will provide you with an apron but painters have been known to get involved in their work of art.

Q) Is there reserved seating?

Yes, we will have your easel set up for you before you arrive for the workshop.  If you have friends attending that you’d like to sit by, you can let us know when you book or you can send us an email (…just make sure to give us at least 24 hours notice).

Q) What is the cancellation policy?

Hands-on Art Adventure's cancellation policy is as follows:

  • A full refund can occur if notification of cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the booked workshop. You can also have the option to put the reservation on hold for a later date or transfer the reservation to another known workshop.
  • The reservation can be put on hold or transferred to another workshop if notification is received at least 48 hours before the booked workshop.
  • Loss of payment will occur if no notification of cancellation occurs or if notification occurs less than 48 hours prior to the booked workshop.
  • This cancellation policy applies to parties of 2 or less. For cancellation of a party of 3 or more, a minimum of one week's notice is required for a refund or to reschedule.

Q) Is there an age limit?

Yes, due to the potential presence of alcohol 16-17yr olds must be accompanied by a parent/guardian also taking part.  No alcohol consumption allowed for under-18's.  No upper age limit to 'paint & party'.
